The Directorate of Physical Development and Estate Management (DPDEM) of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) has organized a durbar to interact with staff to improve on service delivery.
The durbar brought together staff of various ranks from the respective sections of the Directorate.
The Director of DPDEM, Mr. Philip Ntim Owusu, who addressed the durbar, urged staff to be guided by the core values of the University.
He reminded them of the need to continue to exhibit high standards of professionalism, teamwork, discipline, and excellence, among others.

He urged staff to endeavour to follow laid-down channels of communication within the Directorate to have their issues addressed.
The staff members were also allowed to share their suggestions on issues relating to their welfare and the general output of the Directorate.
After the durbar, staff seized the opportunity to fraternize with the management of the Directorate.
