Management of the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Consultancy (DRIC) of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) has called on the Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Christine Adu-Yeboah, to congratulate her on her appointment and assumption of office.

The delegation, led by the Director of DRIC, Prof. David Teye Doku, conveyed the Directorate’s best wishes to the Acting Pro Vice-Chancellor and used the occasion to discuss key issues relating to the Directorate’s operations and activities.

Prof. Doku briefed Prof. Adu-Yeboah on the Directorate’s mandate, ongoing activities and some of the challenges confronting its operations. He appealed for her support in addressing the challenges and also outlined some of the Directorate’s upcoming programmes and initiatives.

Welcoming the delegation, Prof. Adu-Yeboah expressed her appreciation to the DRIC team for the visit and commended the Directorate for its contribution to research, innovation and consultancy activities at the University.

She assured the Directorate of her support and commitment to working closely with its leadership to address the challenges raised and strengthen its activities and initiatives during her tenure.
